They say you should always try before you buy, well that doesn't quite work with tours & events. So we have taken the time to carefully outline the "need to knows" of any Magical Tour or event. If you still can't find your "need to know", then give us a call, email or simply yell for help. If we can't hear you, I'm sure international rescue will.
Booking/Payment: Full payment is required at time of booking, some tours may offer a deposit payment option with the balance due within one week of travel. See Paypal website for details of making payment through them. Please contact us if you have any questions about our other payment methods.
Cancellation by you: In the event of a cancellation or error in booking, please make contact with us as soon as possible and notify us in writing (by email or letter). Magical Tours will refund the total amount if notified within 48hrs of purchase. If notified at any other time in the lead up to the tour we will endeavour to refund as much of your cost as possible, subject to the refund/cancellation policies of our suppliers & how nicely you smile.
Cancellation or modification by us: In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation by us we will refund 100% of money paid to us. If a tour itinerary is modified we will notify you as soon as possible in writing.
Confidentiality/Privacy: All payment information provided is kept secure by Paypal per their security policies. Magical Tours do not keep any credit card records. We only collect information necessary to hold your booking, keep in contact with you and tailor our tours to meet your needs. We will not disclose any information to any third party's. Just send us an email at any time to verify your details.
Insurance: As the saying goes "If you can't afford travel insurance you can't afford to travel". You are advised to organise your own travel insurance for all our tours.
Can't find what I want: Magical Tours is a small bespoke tour company and we accept the fact that you may not find what you want for your day trip out of London or your weekend trip away. So we are more than happy to recommend other tour companies. Fill in the contact form and we will do our very best to help you out.
